- Write to customercare@karuselle.com what brands you want to sell.
- Items must be luxury brands, visibly worn, clean and tidy.
- Once the list of items has been agreed, Karuselle sends a DPD courier to pick up the items. If there are only a few items, the seller delivers the items themselves to the Karuselle studio at Paupio 46, office 209.
- Upon delivery of the items, the Seller is issued a Goods Transfer Certificate with all information.
- Within the next 7 days, the KARUSELLE team will photograph, describe, measure and upload your items to the Karuselle platform. The seller will receive an email with a link to their account, where all items with Recommended Selling Prices will be displayed.
- Once the seller approves the list of items, it is opened for sale.
- Upon receiving a negotiated offer, the seller can respond to it themselves, or the Karuselle administrator will respond after agreeing on the price with the Seller.
- When you receive an email about a comment on a product, the Seller or the Karuselle administrator can respond to it.
- After the purchase, the item is shipped by the Karuselle administrator.
- Karuselle complies with EU law and accepts returns within 14 days. If the item is not returned, the Seller will be refunded the amount for the item sold.
- The Seller can see all information about the movement of the goods in his account. An invoice is attached to each item, which declares the platform fees.
- Karuselle's authorized capital is 500,000 EUR, the company operates as a disclosed intermediary and pays VAT on the services provided - commission - and declares all income to the Tax Inspectorate.
